Untold Kin is operated by Shabu Pty Ltd, 9 Lawson Street, Southport QLD 4215. The contact address once mail is live is hello@untoldkin.com.

We collect the name, email, research details, and any optional documents you upload (PDF, JPG, or PNG) so we can score the case, take payment, and write the brief. Stripe processes the card. We do not keep a customer account or a public family tree.

After payment, the intake and uploaded files are emailed to the research inbox and stored as needed to fulfil the order (Stripe metadata and short-lived file storage). We do not sell your family notes. We do not search for living people as a product.

Optional waitlist emails are used only to tell you if a later version can take a case we declined. Ad pixels (Meta or Google) load only if those environment variables are set.
