Start a sourced brief
About 3 minutes. No charge unless it fits.
A$249 incl. GST. 48-72 hours. Online sources only.
Refunds and follow-ups
Full refund if we add nothing new.
The refund applies to the first brief only. Follow-up updates do not reopen it.
What “nothing new” means
Full refund if there are no new cited finds and no useful negative beyond what you already sent. A new cited find is a source we can link that you did not already give us. A useful negative is a documented dead end that goes beyond your notes, such as a named index search with no match. If we only repeat what you already had, you get the fee back in full.
A new question (another person, the next generation, or a sibling's line) is a new brief. Returning customers: A$149 if booked within 60 days of delivery. Write to us to arrange it.
